     I have just bought a new MD802 and I am being told the unit doesn’t exist when I try and register the unit in order to update.

    Product MDE213000397
    Password (removed by me for security but can supply )

    Can support please sort this urgently and let me know when I can continue registration

    Dear Autel support

    I have the same registration problem where I purchased Autel MD elite 802 with s/n MD8316002627 but when i try to register it says product doesnt exist, I have already emailed support@auteltech.com about 2 weeks ago but havent heard anything yet from them, I'm a bit frustrated as I'm not getting the value of my money.

    please assist urgently, With my email i atttached screen shots of the product details.
